Whenever used products return to our headquarters, they are washed, sanitized, dried on ventilated racks and individually inspected by our staff, so that only perfectly maintained glasses and crystal pieces are packed for the next event.
This is how we work
Just like our glassware and crystal collections, all our products are constantly inspected. For flatware rental, for example, we have a dedicated operator ready to identify any imperfection, from scratches to misaligned fork tines, from marks to small stains.
The same applies to our outdoor furniture and accessories rental, including lamps, umbrellas and gazebos exposed to all weather conditions: every item is patiently cleaned and inspected after each use by our “magical Gino” (to get to know us better, visit the “About Us” page!).
