Equipped with stainless steel lid with insulated plastic handle, non-slip feet and removable heating elements. The basket measures 19×24×14 cm without handle and has a maximum load of 1.5 kg or 3.5 L (8 L refers to the amount of oil the product can hold). The fryer includes an EGO thermostat adjustable from 0 to 190°C, a temperature limiter and overheating protection that activates at 230°C. It can heat the oil from 130°C to 180°C in 3 minutes.
